I am very new to this craft. I have been doing FignBerry Christmas samplers and until i got these Bohin needles and beautiful silky threads from Cottage Garden Threads (this is King Parrot) my work was very clunky.

Embroidery needles are used on weft and warp fabrics from the thickest to the thinnest for all types of traditional embroidery.
They have a big eye that makes it possible to thread the cotton embroidery yarn (or yarns) through, which is thicker than conventional sewing yarn.
The embroidery yarn is shinier and will give a relief aspect to your work.
